Having worked for over a decade across the development, philanthropic, and communications sectors, we’ve sat on both sides of the table, as fundraisers navigating complex donor ecosystems, and as advisors helping funders make high-stakes decisions about where and how to give. We saw a recurring challenge: funders often struggle to find organisations that are not only aligned with their values but also ready, proven, and capable of delivering lasting impact.
