At Transforming Journeys Africa (TJ Africa), our mission is to strengthen how philanthropic capital is deployed across Africa by supporting clearer decision-making, stronger organisational readiness, and more equitable, locally led development outcomes.

Through philanthropy advisory services, institutional capacity building, and targeted capital deployment, we work to reduce misalignment in funding processes, close information gaps, and provide grantmaking support for foundations seeking to align resources with organisations that demonstrate credibility, leadership, and the systems required to deliver lasting impact.
